New Client One Week Special

New to the studio? This is a great offer for you! Come try an unlimited amount of Studio 369 classes for only $34.  This is a great way to try out our studio, and see all of the amazing classes we have to offer.

Single Class

This is the price for one class at the studio.  Can be used for any 369 class. Expires after 30 days.

Package of 8 classes

This package of 8 classes can be used for any of our Studio 369 classes.  It brings the classes down to $23 a class instead of $30.

$185 PER MONTH (Special $148 for first month)

369 Premiere

Become a 369 Premiere member and take 5 Studio 369 classes per week and book out classes 49 days in advance. These low impact classes will increase your strength, core, help with spinal alignment, improve posture and lower back pain all while lengthening and toning your entire body.  All registered classes must cancel within the 12 hour window; otherwise, there is a $20 late cancel/no show fee.  Memberships require 30 days notice to cancel.

369 Military 

 Become a 369 Military member, and take up to 5 classes a week with us.  Improve your overall strength, core, help with spinal alignment, improve posture and lower back pain all while lengthening and toning your entire body. We thank you for your service, and offer this membership at a discounted rate. 


Please note that Studio 369 holds a studio wide 12 hour cancelation policy. Canceling after the 12 hour window will result in a $20 fee for missed class, and if IR sauna session is late canceled, client loses that session.

369 Teacher

We love our teachers!  Join us at the studio for all of our 369 classes at a discounted rate.  We know you're busy educating our youth, so we encourage you to take some time for yourself!

Unlimited IR Sauna Sessions

You're busy. You want to make every minute count. You're proactive with your health to maintain an active lifestyle.    You'll feel amazing with the extra heat in this sauna using infrared technology made to maximize the benefits to your body most efficiently. These sessions are a max of 40 minutes at 140 degrees, and come with body wrap towel, extra towel and cool lavender towel for the end of session.   
*Intense heat of a traditional sauna, deep core sweat of the Infrared (IR) sauna. 
* Full spectrum (near, mid and far IR)
*Highest quality and quantity IR available

$15 PER SESSION

You're busy. You want to make every minute count.
